How listing on Easycoliv works: sign up with an email code, add your business and first listing, have it reviewed (Easycoliv aims for 24 hours) and answer email-verified leads in one inbox.
Sign up with an email code
There is no password. A one-time code sent to your email address creates the account, the first of the operator onboarding steps.
Set up your business
Choose owner, operator or agent as the business type, name the business and invite teammates. One login can run several businesses, and each business's country sets how a paid plan is billed: in rupees with GST in India, in US dollars elsewhere.
Add your first listing
Use the listing wizard with autosave and preview to add your rooms, rent and photos. On Pro and Business, you can also import a CSV or Excel file or connect the REST API yourself, from your workspace.
Listing review within 24 hours
Easycoliv aims to review each new listing within 24 hours, on every plan.
Answer email-verified leads
Every enquiry comes from a renter who confirmed their email address. It lands in your lead inbox, and your enquiry owner (if you name one), owners, admins and managers get an email alert, unless they turn lead alerts off. Your 24-hour response rate is tracked.
Keep availability current
You get a reminder when availability has not been confirmed for 14 days, and the listing auto-pauses at 45 days. Bulk editing updates many rooms at once.

Do I need a password to sign up?
No password is needed for Easycoliv for Operators. You sign up and sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address.
What do I need to get started?
To start on Easycoliv for Operators you need an email address, your business name and type (owner, operator or agent), and the details and photos of your first listing.
Are enquiries from tenants verified?
Yes. Every tenant who enquires on Easycoliv has first confirmed their email address with a one-time code sent to it.
What happens if I forget to update availability?
Easycoliv sends a reminder when a listing's availability has not been confirmed for 14 days. The listing is paused automatically at 45 days.
