Complete verification with PAN or GSTIN in India, an EIN in the US, a UK company number, a Canadian BN, a UAE trade licence, a Singapore UEN, an Australian ABN or ACN or an EU VAT number to earn the Verified operator badge. UK company number verification uses the number your business is registered under.
KYC document privacy
The document number is stored encrypted until the review is decided, then deleted. Only its last four characters and a one-way fingerprint, which stops one document verifying two businesses, are kept.

Each review comes from a resident whose stay is on record, and says how it was checked: reported by your business, or checked by Easycoliv against the tenancy agreement.

Which documents can I use for verification?
Easycoliv accepts PAN or GSTIN in India, an EIN in the US, a UK company number, a Canadian Business Number (BN), a UAE trade licence, a Singapore UEN, an Australian ABN or ACN, or an EU VAT number. A completed review earns the Verified badge.
Does Easycoliv keep my PAN or GSTIN?
Easycoliv does not keep your full PAN or GSTIN. The number is stored encrypted until the verification review is decided, and then it is deleted. Only the last four characters and a one-way fingerprint remain.
Who can review my property?
Only residents whose stay is on record can review a property: you marked their enquiry as won, or Easycoliv checked their tenancy agreement. Each review says which. You can post a public reply to each review.
What is on my public operator profile?
Your public operator profile on Easycoliv is a page tenants can open. It shows your about text and a link to your website.
