The rental listing builder is room listing software that saves as you go, shows a preview, places a landmark map pin and holds room options for rent, deposit and bills. Rental listing photos are resized and EXIF location is stripped.

Create a rental listing step by step: your work saves as you go and you can preview before you submit. A duplicate warning appears if the property may already be listed.
Landmark search for map pin placement
Search for a neighbourhood or landmark to place the pin in the area tenants search. Student rooms can use a campus landmark pin by the university.
Photos: resizing, EXIF location stripping and near-duplicate rejection
Rental listing photos are resized automatically on upload and EXIF location data is removed. Near-duplicate photo rejection keeps each gallery distinct, and you set the photo order and the cover.
Rent, deposit and bills per room
Set rent and deposit per room option, along with bills and availability. The Free plan allows up to 3 room options per listing.

Easycoliv aims to review each new listing within 24 hours, and you can edit a live listing from the workspace.
Availability reminders and auto-pause
You get a reminder after 14 days without an availability confirmation, and the listing auto-pauses at 45 days. Bulk availability editing updates many rooms at once.

What details can I add for each room?
Each room option on a Easycoliv listing has its own rent, deposit, bills and availability. The Free plan allows up to 3 room options on 1 active listing.
Do my photos reveal my property's GPS location?
No, Easycoliv strips EXIF location data from every uploaded photo. Photos are also resized automatically.
Why was one of my photos rejected?
Easycoliv rejects near-duplicate photos so each gallery shows distinct images. You can reorder the remaining photos and choose the cover.
What if the property is already listed on Easycoliv?
The Easycoliv listing wizard shows a duplicate warning before you submit a property that may already be listed.
Can I edit a listing after it goes live?
Yes, a live Easycoliv listing can be edited from the workspace, including its photo order and cover image.
