Bulk upload rental listings from a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file in your workspace on Pro and Business: download the template, check the file and import it yourself, and every row is checked. You can also update room availability in bulk at any time.
CSV and Excel listing import in your workspace
On Pro and Business, import listings from CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files yourself, so you do not build each one by hand. New listings from a file stay drafts until they have their photos and pass review.
Line-by-line validation report
Your file starts from the rental listings CSV template. Every row is checked and problems are reported line by line, so only the rows that failed need fixing.
Bulk availability editing
Update availability for many rooms and listings at once when vacancies change.
Availability reminders and auto-pause
You get a reminder when availability has not been confirmed for 14 days, and the listing auto-pauses at 45 days.
Sync with upsert by external id
To sync listings from your PMS or your own system continuously, connect the operator API on Pro and Business: it upserts by external id with idempotency keys.

Which file formats can I import?
Easycoliv imports listings from CSV files and Excel (.xlsx) files, on Pro and Business, in your workspace. Each import returns a line-by-line validation report.
What happens if a row in my file has an error?
The line-by-line validation report lists each row of the file that needs fixing, so only those rows have to be corrected.
Is bulk import on the Free plan?
No. CSV/Excel import is part of the Pro and Business plans, and you run it yourself in the workspace. Every new account gets Pro features free for 12 months.
Can I update availability for many listings at once?
Yes, bulk availability editing in Easycoliv for Operators updates many rooms and listings in one step.
